the community’s “first impression.” Located at the entrance, it is
accessible to residents as well as the Lady’s Island community. Designed

The main entrance is through the 2½ story tower reception area leading to the fitness center, consultation office, youth activity room, and two pool rest rooms. The West and East wings are bordered on the east by a twelve (12) foot deep loggia. The East wing contains the managers office; men’s locker room that includes showers and steam room; Spa, which contains a robe lounge, dry treatment room, wet treatment room with shower; Ladies locker room with showers and steam room; the Yoga/Pilates/Community room is at the east end of the building and opens to an outside performance area and the plaza with fireplace.
